Tears are seen when it came to saying goodbye for group SHINee and YooGeun.
KBS Joy ‘SHINee’s Hello Baby’ will come to an end at its 12th episode to be aired on 6th April. The SHINee members have been playing the role of the father to YooGeun for about 3 months since the show started on 19th January. And throughout the show, they have together formed many wonderful memories and built deep affection with one another.
During the last episode when SHINee and YooGeun had to bid farewell, they were seen in tears, and the SHINee members made a time capsule as the last present for YooGeun, and he can only open the time capsule after he has turned 20 years old. In the time capsule are all the things that things which had memories of the past 3 months in them.
Leader Onew commented when making the capsule, “Will YooGeun still remember yse when he turn 20?”
Also, there was one member who was tearing really badly such that the filming has to be suspended for a while as he have had deep affection with YooGeun the past 3 months.
In Kpop, the majority of idol groups sing and dance when they’re performing on a music show or at a concert. Many times, they also have friendly dance battles against each other. Although many idols are very talented dancers, only the most talented will stand out. Let’s see who made that list.
In 10th place is 2NE1’s fierce dancer Minji. Although she is only 16 years old (17 in Korea), she can really rock those moves. In 9th place we have BEAST’s Lee KiKwang (otherwise known as AJ).
In 8th place came SHINee’s maknae Taemin, who, like Minji, is also at the young age of 16, but probably the best dancer in the entire group. In 7th is 4Minute’s Hyuna. As you probably saw from one of her Change performances, Hyuna is one skilled dancer. In front of Hyuna in 6th place is Super Junior’s Shindong, and in 5th place is Big Bang’s Taeyang. After School’s leader Gahee placed 4th on the chart.
Let’s see who Korean netizens picked as the top 3 idol dancers in Korea. In third place they picked DBSK’s talented leader U-Know Yunho, while Super Junior’s Eunhyuk snabbed second place.
So in the end, who was chosen as the best idol dancer? 2PM’s former leader Jaebum! As seen through his charismatic performances both on stage in Korea and back in Seattle, Washington, Jaebum has captured the hearts of many with his perfect dance moves.
The old guard of the Hallyu movement (Korean Wave) including Bae Yong Joon, Lee Byung Hun, and Song Seung Hun have been very successful in Japan. The old guard is very popular with the older women in Japan, mainly housewives… However the wave hasn’t really resonated with the younger demographic in Japan. There’s TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki and Big Bang but their integration is more on the lines of blending in and being J-pop artists rather than relying on Hallyu.
To catch this lucrative market more entertainment companies in Korea are holding various events in Japan. To further capitalize on this, here’s an event that should get the teenagers excited. The act of SHINee MinHo giving a kiss to an elderly has attracted much attention.
Photos of MinHo kissing the cheeks and holding the hands of an elderly lady Park YeSook (56) who lives in ChoongNam on SBS Star King have been revealed recently.
Mdm Park YeSook has got weak and broken bones since she was born and has since stop proper bones development. She is only 80cm in height. Down with congenital osteogenesis imperfecta, she has never walked with her husband for once before.
Even though life is often inconvenient and tough, Mdm Park has always live enjoyably through singing. And appearing on Star King show, it was her first time visiting Seoul in the 56 years of her life.
Not only was she able to fulfill her dream to be on Star King stage, she also revealed, “I really like MinHo, even though he is 40 years younger than I am.”
She even present MinHo with poppies as gifts on the show. And poppies symbolise “the love that will never be”.
She gave MinHo kisses on his cheeks and he also returned the kisses, while the audience cheered on in envy.
The PD of Star King said that the audience was very touched that MinHo returned Mdm Park’s gestures of affection in that sudden situation. MinHo has always appeared as someone who is matured, and with this filming, he has proved to be so and warmed the hearts of many.”
